Fresh C280 Muntz has a very similar colour to architectural bronze. Muntz metal is unique among copper alloys for stopping at a brown/black oxide and never developing the signature green patina that other brasses and bronzes do.
C280 Muntz is valued for its aesthetics and durability finding a place in manufacturing, cladding, decorative elements, and roofing.
